A growing and highly successful plaintiff-side personal injury practice is seeking an experienced Senior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its team. This newly created position offers an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned litigator who thrives in a results-driven environment and wants to focus on achieving outstanding outcomes for injured clients.

The firm is seeking a confident, independent attorney with significant personal injury litigation experience who can manage a substantial caseload while taking ownership of cases from litigation through resolution. Unlike traditional law firm environments, there are no billable hour requirements, allowing attorneys to focus on advocacy, case strategy, and maximizing client recoveries.

This role offers substantial earning potential through a lucrative bonus structure tied directly to settlements and trial results.

What You'll Do

• Independently manage a litigation caseload of approximately 70–100 personal injury matters
• Develop and execute case strategies from filing through resolution
• Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
• Prepare cases for trial and serve as first-chair trial counsel when appropriate
• Evaluate liability, damages, and settlement opportunities
• Work directly with clients to provide guidance and maintain strong attorney-client relationships
• Collaborate with support staff and legal teams to efficiently move cases toward successful outcomes
• Aggressively advocate for clients while maintaining the highest professional standards

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active license and good standing with the State Bar
• Minimum of 5–7 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
• Proven track record handling cases through litigation and resolution
• Trial experience strongly preferred
• Strong negotiation, advocacy, and case management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent legal writing and communication abilities
• Highly organized with strong strategic thinking skills
