Location: California (Fully Remote)

Position Overview:
A well-established and growing family law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2–4 years of hands-on family law experience to join its fully remote team. This is not an entry-level role—candidates must have direct experience handling family law matters, not just general litigation exposure.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who wants to focus exclusively on practicing family law while receiving structured training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement.

What You'll Do:

• Handle a range of family law matters including dissolution, custody, and support
• Draft legal documents such as motions, declarations, and marital settlement agreements
• Support case strategy and client advocacy from intake through resolution
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and settlement discussions (as experience allows)

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of current, hands-on family law experience in California
• Active member of the California Bar
• Strong legal writing skills (writing samples required)
• Foundational knowledge of custody, support, and asset/debt division
• Courtroom experience preferred but not required
• Client-focused, coachable, and team-oriented mindset
