Trial Attorney – Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation

Boutique plaintiff-side litigation firm in the Everett area is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to handle serious personal injury and wrongful death matters. The firm focuses on high-exposure litigation including catastrophic injury, trucking liability, and insurance bad faith claims.

This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation attorney who wants meaningful courtroom experience, hands-on mentorship, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced trial counsel on complex cases from intake through verdict.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff-side personal injury matters from intake through resolution
• Handle litigation strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Work on complex injury and wrongful death matters
• Collaborate directly with senior attorneys on case development and trial strategy
• Participate in trial work and courtroom appearances

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably plaintiff-side personal injury
• Significant trial experience in another practice area will also be considered
• Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar
• Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills
• Comfortable working in an in-office environment in Everett
