Remote -US | 3-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $35.00 per Hour

A large, multi-state organization operating in a highly regulated industry is seeking a Finance Paralegal to support corporate, transactional, and financing matters during a critical business growth period. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented paralegal with strong experience reviewing financial and leasing documents in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with merger and acquisition due diligence documentation
• Draft, review, and organize financial and transactional agreements
• Review and manage lease agreements across multiple locations
• Analyze loan and financing documents
• Maintain corporate records and assist with business entity filings
• Prepare closing documents and compliance-related materials
• Support high-volume document review and organization projects

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of prior experience reviewing and managing commercial lease agreements (required)
• Experience with loan, financing, and transactional documentation (required)
• Background in corporate, transactional, or finance-related paralegal work
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage large volumes of documents and competing priorities
• Experience in educational, vocational, financial services, or other regulated industries is a plus
• Paralegal experience with strong document drafting and research skills
• Tech-savvy — must be comfortable learning and working across multiple platforms and portals
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Must be U.S.-based and fully remote-capable
• Midwest location preferred
